Project Description
Fast track project procured via the East Central hub FM Services Un-scoped Minor Works process. It involved the design and refurbishment of an existing Mental Health Day Centre to form the new Unit 5 Inpatient Ward.
Design development and Construction Works were accelerated to meet Employer winter bed requirements with siteworks staring 17 November 2014 for handover on 6 January 2015.
