Project Description
New tandem build high school to replace existing Perth High including associated external works, i.e. hard landscaping and playing fields. 3 storey, deep plan building with concrete frame, sfs infill and brick external façade. Full electric facility (no gas) with Air Source Heat Pumps and MVHR units with heating by UFH in areas and generally radiators throughout.
